Sand Dollar Art 5X7 Beach Decor Frame With Real Sand Dollar From Oregon Coast. This is a frame that I rescued from a second hand store. It had a brown stain on it and was pretty beat up. But it is solid wood and I felt that there was still a lot of life left in this little guy. So I sanded the old stain off and added a saw tooth hanger first. Then I hand painted it using red and brown paint. When that was dry, I painted the glass (which would normally cover a photo) of the frame. Next, I added one beautiful real sand dollar I found at the beach. The final step was to seal the frame with water sealer.
