I created this driftwood tree by selecting pieces of driftwood that I found at the beach that looked like tree branches and great piece to use as the trunk. I rescued an old frame from a garage sale knowing that it would one day be a great frame for a leafless driftwood tree. I sanded off the old paint and added several layers of white, green and blue paint. Next I sanded some of the paint off to create a cottage look to the finished frame.
